Garbage app , cannot log in , one time password incorrect error , cannot log in with Apple ID , cannot log in with email ! Useless app … I moved to Pizza Hut app ….

Ok app for ordering. Adding payment method is annoying. It kept rejecting the payment from info I entered before. So, I delete the card info and just enter it all again. Then it works. Sigh. Also does not allow for more modern payment methods like mobile banking.

I use it all the time in Pattaya and Bangkok Soo fast and arrives hot and freshh Promotions on the app all the time Easy to check out within the app If you add your thai number the driver will call And you will get SMS notifications from the company instantly

The app is messed up. It asks me for my address after it’s already in my account.

The app is not accurate. We’ve tried it a few times and this last time I tried it I had 3 phone calls about the order and then was told the store is closed and they have to cancel my order after waiting for 30 minutes.

This is one of my most beloved apps.

Unfortunately, the app doesn’t allow to customize (add toppings) to new york pizza. So, had to cancel the App order and call and order manually.

Not nice that you dropped the ability to remove the cheese. This is important to those of us who have a dairy/cheese allergy.

Easy to order delicious pizza. Awesome❤️

The categories are in English... but prices and promotions are in a different language 😂

So I started ordering my food at 20:00. The estimated time on the app showed 20:29 will deliver and the food came around 21:10. It took more than 1 hr to arrive.

The new update is very slow and unresponsive at times. Worked great before the update.

Please add  Pay

App was working great for a year. Now with the latest update it isnt working and I can’t input my information again. I gave up.

Translation is terrible and no clue in how to make an app

It never works

I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them and then they tell me they don't deliver to my hotel because I don't have a Thai number! So being from America I wasted overseas minutes...

Tried with two different people's information; app unfortunately does not work to place order.

The app seems fairly nice and simple to use, but it would not accept an American phone number so I couldn't place an order to my guest house.
